Fortuna O/U 16g X 7X65

There is on auction a Fortuna OU 16g and 7X65R with a second set of 16 g barrels with a one piece fore end marked Suhl Germany but the opening lever is marked Kreighof . I don't have a date of manufacture. There is a case hardened receiver and minimal engraving . Is is an entry level model for Kreighof ?

Doug,
The name Fortuna was mostly used for guns made in the old Merkel factory with their machinery and whatever workers survived using the old designs. During the Communist time the different "Brands" were mostly marketing ploys while the communist government was controlling everything.
