    Cthraen,
You should find what you need from the dealers I cited in answer to your other posting. There is really no need to buy special made dies, I use normal 8x57 Lyman dies with the correct shell holder for rimmed cases. For loading .318" bullets, I simply remove the expander from the full-length sizing die. This die works by over-sizing the neck, then expanding it back to the desired diameter. With my die and cases, I found that not expanding the neck leaves the neck a useable diameter. By doing this and adjusting to required case length, I can use the same dies to load 8x57I, IS, IR, IRS, R/360, 72R, 8.25x57R/ 360 Hagen, and if I find a rifle could use them for 8x58R S&S, as well as the 60, 65, and 75mm length 8mm cartridges. Except for the 57mm length M88 base cartridges, the 8x57 Mauser dies function as neck sizing dies and the cases need to be first fireformed to the particular chamber.

I load and shoot 8x57I, and use standard 8x57 dies without expander ball. IMR4320 and 4064 both burn cleanly, indicating there is plenty of neck tension. Shoot a 175 gr spire point sized to .318.

I use buffalo arms company for brass, bullets and dies. You can always start with loaded ammo available from Graftes and other online ammo dealers. S&B and RWS shoot well in my 8x57JR and 7x57R guns. Then I reload for different shooting. I have gotten very good accuracy using Montana Bullets 170 and 190 grain 32 caliber lead bullets sized to .318 with a Lee sizing die and using 13 grains of Unique powder in my 8x57JR rifles for slug gun matches. Very mild recoil.
