FS: 8X43 Pecar Scope

Selling this classic German scope. Probably built in the 60s, it has been refurbished by L&K Scope Repair and is in prime condition internally. The exterior has some ring marks and slight indentations. It has a 26mm tube and a set of 26mm Redfield scope rings come with the scope. $350 shipped in the lower 48 states. Can you tell me the diameter of the objective lens bell? I've got some half ring claw mounts I'm trying to fit to a scope for my drilling. The rear is 26 and the front is 35. Sounds like yours may be too large.

Yes sir, quite a bit too large. The objective lens bell OD is 55.7 mm and the parallel part is 56 mm long. The eyepiece OD is 38.2 mm and the parallel portion is 33.5 mm long. The OAL of the scope is just under 15".

Hey Diz, I'm the one that has it. I has the heavy duplex on horizontal and the lower half of the vertical. Upper vertical is fine.
