Replacement Scope for my 1923 Adolph Drilling?

It came with a nice Kahles Super 2S2 with an eye relief so short I have to move my head too forward on the stock to use. And the claw mounts won't allow me to move it rearward due to the turret location.

And I'm not anxious to get into new claws or mount extenders.

Here's a schematic of the problem.

So, can anyone recommend a Pre WWII "period" scope with a barrel body long enough to move towards my eye.

All ideas and help is appreciated.

What size are the scope rings?

As the schematic shows, they are 26mm
