Need help with some proof marks on a Peterlongo drilling

Johann(Hans) Peterlongo, Jr. in being born in 1854, the same year that Johann Peterlongo hung out his gunmaking shingle, he should have attained the rank of master gunsmith by 1878. With this he should have been closely involved in the business till 1898 & forward.
