The best recommendation I could give you would be to contact Bob Simpson at Simpson Ltd. for information and value. If anyone on the planet can tell you more about a Luger, it would surprise me.

          Luger

This is a WWI DWM, 1915 Luger that was utilized by the Prussian police in 1933 or later. It has had the sear safety removed that was mandated in 1932/33 on Prussian Lugers. The original magazines have been replaced with later (numbered to the pistol) mags that have the aluminum bottom and one piece tubes made by Haenel in Suhl, Germany. The TP stamp on the barrel indicates the pistol was altered by the police armoury in Berlin (Technische Polizei {Police repair department}) when the sear safety was added. A new barrel may have been added also. I cannot tell if the barrel was replaced from your photos. Regards, Jim Cate
