I have a Haenel KK Sport , 22LR ,serial # 20XX, that has a left hand cheekpiece. Since its the only Haenel KK that I have ever seen left handed ( have looked at 30 or so that were either right handed or neutral ) was wondering how rare mine is . Appreciate any comments on the matter.

Can you post photos, including of the proofmarks? Only about 10-12% of the people are lefthanded and some of those would use one of the "neutral" stocked rifles, so lefthanded rifles would be fairley rare. However, from my experiences in selling lefthanded rifles, this doesn't mean that it is worth a premium.

Would dearly love to see photos of this, should you be able to post them. I have a document announcing their introduction of such a model with a 5-round magazine, but have not seen the model it is describing. It was supposedly a Schmeisser's patent.
