Looking for info, any help would be appreciated.
I would like to take this drilling out to the range but want to make sure I am using the proper ammunition so I don't damage anything. I think I can shoot any standard/modern 16 gage shells, thinking #4 shot. Then the rifle portion I think maybe 8x57r? If so can I just use any available? I think PPU makes this caliber. Your guidance would be appreciated.
Additional questions, I see the crown N proof so think this may be a 1930's commercial gun. As there is only limited engraving I am thinking this was a standard/lower end Krieghoff. Again, any confirmation or additional info would be great.
Thanks,
Jim
