R. Marshall,
The crown B is the mark for a single definitive proof, made with provisional proof charge. The crown G shows it was proofed for a single projectile (bullet). The crown U is for a view proof, which is a detailed inspection after definitive proof, including confirmation of dimensions. The 527 is the bore(not groove or bullet) diameter, as expressed in gauge measurement. This is about 5.25mm. I'm guessing the "W G" is for Wunder and Guenter ,but since it already has the company name on the barrel, it may be something entirely different( like a workman's mark). I don't recognize the logo, but maybe someone else does. It may, or may not be the logo of the gunshop or the actual maker. The "1" may be the serial number, but I wouldn't get too excited about it. It is not likely the first one ever made. The actual maker could number them to the gunshop's serial number series. There is no way now to know.
Mike
