Sign on Oberhammer/München Drilling

I am looking on any info about this "EB" (?) sign on an Oberhammer/münchen signed Drilling, proofed 8/13 in Zella Mehlis.
Remarkable on this gun is the barrell selector position.

Mechanic Emil Barthelmes in Zella-Mehlis. He must have been most prolific. Interesting selectors atop the frame. Can you comment?

Barthelmes was my first thought.......but i dont had found an really "black on white" source for this.......

I make some pics of selector etc. by time .

I'll search a bit. Maybe the contraption is based on this DRGM:

DRGM - 200043. Dreiläufergewehr mit drei Hammer schlössern und einem Abzug, deren Läufe in verschiedener Reihenfolge mit Hilfe einer verschiebbaren Zwischenstange, zweier Drnckwarzen und eines Umstellhebels auf der Scheibe sich abfeuern lassen. Fa. Emil Barthelmes, Zella St Blasii 25/4 03. B. 21996.

Though Carl Leberecht, 1848 – 1933, himself was a prolific gunmaker with several patents to his name, the rifle was made for him by the Emil Barthelmes company, Meininger Strasse 11, Zella-Mehlis. The (partially inverted) EB is the mark of Emil Barthelmes. At the time your rifle was made the company was owned by Hubertus Barthelmes.

Kind of miss understanding.....
What i mean "with black on white" was that i didnt found something by google search at my first try and my first thought.

I dont think that an DRGM or patent exists on this selector, because it is only the place where he sits, not the kind he work.
Searched with Barthelmes and Oberhammer on this.

Why does he tout the term Wiederverkäufer(reseller???)? Was it that he took guns in on trade or took arms with issues on trade & then repaired them and resold them?

Emil Barthelmes offered/sold their wares to the trade only. That is, they supplied country gunsmithes and Wiederverkäufer = wholesalers and/or retailers only. No direct sales to individual customers.

I'm sure you will agree that I can be wrong, but I think that just means that was what he was trained or permitted to do- "fertigt als spezialitaet nur". Maybe someone with better German than I will come in.

Thanks fellas for the enlightenment, but we do see a few examples w/ Emil Barthelmes name atop. So at some point he did sale directly to customers?

The "Emil Barthelmes" company existed for at least 73 years, 1854 - 1927. The 1910 ad is for the trade only. At one time or another they may have made guns to order for individuals also.
