  • Greifelt 103E

I recently aquired a Greifelt 103E SxS 12ga. The barrels are 3o" and chokes are full and full. I am trying to find out what it might be worth, and whether or not it is acceptable to refinish the wood and metal. I would grade the gun at about 80 - 85%. No cracks in the wood, but there are some scratches. Most of the metal is in decent shape, especially the barrels, not one speck of rust. The bore is bright and shiney, and the bluing is real good except for a spot on the left barrel that I am told is from dried duck blood. Any help would be appreciated as I intend to sell this piece. Thanks.

If it is in that good a condition and you refinish it you'll strip off about 30%-50% of its value. I'm sorry I have no information as to its value.
