Is this a 19th C German muzzleloading rifle?

[IMG]hb.jpg[/IMG]I [IMG][IMG][/IMG][/IMG]am trying to identify this rifle and the type of bullet it fired . the under side of the barrel is stamped 21, HL and FM. The lock is stamped T8066. The octagonal barrel has 8 Land which are concave the inner bore is.475 (12.065 mm),cylindrical, the bore is .514 (13.056mm) and the rifling has a 1:42 twist. The barrel is just under 32 inch (810 mm)
