My guess, based on the two sets of numbers being in different fonts is that the rifle has been relined. The first set seem to show it was proofed the 8th month of 1913 in Zella-mehlis, with ledger number 416. Then it may have been relined and proofed in the 9th month of 75, with ledger number 22(or 27).You can verify this if you can find a repair proof mark on the side or in front of the visible marks. The original caliber marks may have been removed if my thinking is correct. Is it stamped with the current caliber? For rifles of this type, I would expect it was originally built in 8.15x46R, 8x57R/360, 6.5x 48/58R, 8x48/58R, or 9.3x57/72R. It could have been 5.6x52R, 22 Hornet,or 22 LR, but if it was one of these it would not likely have been relined. At the time it was relined(if I'm correct), popular calibers would have been 22 Hornet or 5.6x50R. This is all speculation based on very little information. If you can obtain more photos of other markings, I will try again. I look forward to Axel's opinion.

Nah, with the 313 stamp's proximity to the Crown over U, that is the plug gauge stamp of 6,25mm. Date is below that and who knows after that.

            Kind Regards,

Information on the Double gun site, calls my answer above into question. The top numbers are 313 over 4.10, accordind to other peoples reading, which could mean some 6.5 mm cartridge from the 4th month of 1910. It seems to have been proofed with nitro powder and a steel jacketed bullet. The second set of numbers is still a different font (ie from different stamp set- different time frame). Better info is needed as well as dimensions of bore and chamber.

                            Hey Robert,
You bet boss. Since I started collecting rifles from other countries, I have found some of the most interesting pieces to me, to be German. There is a lot of hard work put in to their decorative rifles. Very attractive rifles they have made. Don't get me wrong, American arms are Absolute Beauty, but German is as well.
