Rear scope mount

Hello
Does anyone have any knowledge of this rear M-S 1910 scope mount, the front mount is just a standard looking claw mount. The measurements are 13mm x10mm and the hole is 3mm x 8mm

Apparently a claw mount as made by A. Schueler, Suhl. A lever locked under the shelf at the rear of the base:
