2 1/2” 12ga ammo

I am considering a Merkel combination. The shot barrel is 2 1/2 chamber, are slugs & shot shells available?

I'm sure nominal 2 1/2" shotshells are available for the 12 ga. I think slugs are also available. I believe nominal 2 1/2" 12 ga. shell cases are 2 5/8" long.

RWS and Brenneke makes those slugs as well as buckshot . I buy them a gun shows or auctions and have a Heym drilling in 12 g 2.-5/8

Thanks, I have bought a 70mm chambered 12ga over a 7x65r rifle combo. Impatiently waiting delivery.
