Krieghoff scope bases

I've been told that this subject has been previously discussed but cannot find the discussion.
I've never seen the scope bases on a recently acquired Waldschuetz Krieghoff drilling and am looking for any information on their history and possible adaption to use currently available scope mounts. I'll try to attach photos of the bases.

I used a set of Warne QD mounts to attach a scope to my drilling. The Krieghoff dovetail mounts have slightly different widths, so after they are machined to firmly clamp to the bases, there is a offset of the rear mount that must be corrected. The rear dovetail was welded up and extended about .050". Then a new dovetail was cut slightly undersize to correct the .023" offset. The new dovetail was filed until the scope could be attached without binding.
