I was just on the phone chatting with Collectors Grade Publications and they report that they have dropped the price on this three-book set.

Gortz & Sturgess (the authors) evidently had a big disagreement with Stevens at Collector Grade Publications after publication had begun. It would seem that Stevens wanted to publish it "his way" and that is not what the authors wanted. The new, revised and corrected book with enlarged DVD was published by Brad Simpson of Simpson Ltd. From what I have read the 3 volume set is a vast improvement over Steven's book.
