There are some rifles

that one feels:"If I only had THAT rifle I would never want for another." Well, I feel that way about the "Ischler Stutzen" type of hunting rifle. They are the most elegant rifle I have ever seen but, only in pictures as I have never had the opportunity to hold one. Maybe someday I will come across one and have enough dough in my pocket to bring it home.

I like rifles I see pictures oF but I have to handle and shoulder them before I can get the feels. Most of the guns is own I knew I was going to buy the second they hit my shoulder. They just fit. MannliCher Schoenhauer pre WWII models are like that. Those after just don't "fit" visually or physically. Can't explain it just the feels.
