Mike, I just tried again. It opens for me with "Office suite" after it downloads. As I try several times, I do notice sometime there is a long delay. I don't know why.
Thanks for posting that interesting and informative article. You will occasionally see Wurffleins for sale at gun auctions around my area and often they are displayed at Dixon's Gun Makers Fair in Kempton, PA. Those that I have seen have always been of very good quality and workmanship. I find it interesting if not a little sad as Mike mentions to know how businesses start, build and then fade away over the lives of their owners.
Diz, each year the Gunmaker's Fair is on my calendar but I have yet to make it. That weekend is consistantly overbooked for me. My parents lived 1 mile away from Dixon's for 15 years, so I used to stop in the shop.
I know several from the Allentown Show who never miss that event.
Dixon's Fair is 28th - 30th July this year. I would be happy to meet you there and look around. It's always a good show and you never know what will show up. PM me if you can about it. Anyone else, please do.
