  • How are the drilling barrels regulated

I have not been able to find how the factory typically regulates the rifle and shotgun barrels in a drilling. Does anyone have knowledge as to the ranges and relationships between the barrels.

    thanks

    Doug,
Conventional drillings are usually regulated a whatever range the maker has avaliable, usually around 80m; but could be 70-100m.The barrels would be soldered together with the convergence and spacing of the muzzles set by experience. The sights would set the point of impact, since only one rifle barrel is involved. Double rifle drillings, Bockdrillings,Vierlings, and Bergstuzens(?) are much more complicated, since more and differing caliber barrels are involved.
