Mark, welcome to the club. Is that Josef Just drilling really a 264 Win Mag? That's quite a combination. I'm near Allentown, PA. if you are close maybe we could meet sometime. Looking forward to seeing your pictures and further postings. Thanks, Diz

Hi Diz Yes that is 264 Win Mag. I live just north of Cabella's off the Hamburg exit on 78 so meeting would be very possible.
        Thanks for your intrest.

          Mark,

I am very surprised that it is and one of my favorite calibers too. I took a 264 to Africa for the light to medium stuff and it was superb. I travel out to Cabelas fairly often and hopefully we can meet sometime. I'll try to PM you with my number.

          Thanks, Diz

            Josef Just Drilling 20GA X 264 WM

Hello, Finally have some pictures of the Josef Just Drilling 20Gag X 264 WM. I'm missing image of maker name on rib of shot gun barrels. I did contact the company in Germany and the only information they would give was that it was made in 1964, thus the -64 after the serial #. What length chambers does this have? I see 76MM? Please see attached photos.

            Thanks,

            Mark Dreisbach

I seem to have forgotten that this was a 20 gauge drilling. It must be pretty fast handling and sure looks very, very nice. I will leave the deciphering of the marks to our more learned members but 76mm is just shy of 3 inches. So it may be a 3 inch chambered 20 gauge with a 264 Mag under. What a combination! Thanks for the photos. Diz

                  German Guns 749,
The Drilling is Austrian rather than German. The 20/76 is the designation for 20 ga 3"mag.A combination of calibers like this would likely have been made per request of an American customer.
