Hey there, I'm Jason Smith from Buford, Georgia. I appreciate the add.
I have a nice old shotgun made by Lignose. Thomas was kind enough to tell me a little about it.
"Your gun was proofed (and likely made) in September of 1925 in Suhl, Germany. It was proofed for 2.5" shells and that is what should be shot in it unless the chambers have been lengthened. It has some nice features: cocking indicators, Greener crossbolt, side clips, and an improved safety."
I would like any additional information on this please and thanks!
