Can someone help me identify this gun?

My family is German and this came my father's collection. It appears to say H. Zaph Hamburg on the top. It is a side by side, muzzleloader(?), with fish for hammers. It has dogs and ducks on it with I believe a nice walnut stock. There is a knife and binoculars that may be part of the set. My dad is in a nursing home and may not be able to give me any info as to where it came from.

You seem to have a nice percussion shotgun in need of some TLC. It looks like it might have a patent breech which will make some care easier. Stockel lists a Hermann Zapff in Hamburg who was active around 1850-1870.
